Little corner joint in town. Has very minimal parking. On Street parking is easiest. Not far from U of K. Didn't have live music our night but I could see where they would have it.

$5 quesadillas and all day happy hour on Mondays, plus trivia at 8pm calls for a great time! I'm sure it gets more busy when the college kids (omg I'm getting old lol) are in town.

Interesting place, good atmosphere. Came in for lunch. Pretty good food. Had the 3 tacos for $10

What a place !!!! It brought back fond memories of when I was younger. Such high excitement and energetic, everyone was having so much fun. Dancing dancing dancing !! It's been a long time since I've been in a place where everyone was happy. No augments only smiles. The drink priced were fantastic. I thought they made a mistake. I ordered 4 shots of tequila and a beer. I got 2 for 1 beer and the whole bill was $4.00 this is not all night of course it was later. The rest of the time the prices were normal night club prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!

I used to go there for years, and the experience was always amazing. The location is amazing with a close proximity to the University of Kentucky campus. The rusting look in and out contrasts the vibrant, beautiful, music, bands, and beautiful waitresses inside. The employees were extremely receptive of my presence updating the establishment on GoogleMaps. The Tin Roof is a beautiful place with an outside seating area facing S. Limestone. It's a great establishment to relax, dance, and enjoy after a long day at work, or taxing day in class....Big facts!!

Haven’t tried the food but I actually enjoy this place, not crazy atmosphere like the surrounding bars which is nice if you just want to chill. Bartenders are actually really cool too!

I love their food! Quesadillas are excellent! I got the bbq pulled pork quesadilla, comes with chips and salsa! Tips and tricks: ask for the honey hot sauce on the side and dip your dilla or chips in it! So yummy! See pics below! Bbq pulled pork bacon burger with crinkle fries!! So good! Side of bbq sauce. Street corn quesadilla for $5. Add chicken is $2. Chips and salsa! Monday special all quesadillas $5!

We had a great meal, and beer, once again at the Tin Roof (10/24/25). We were waiting to add a new place to our pub crawl list and spent our time at the Tin Roof because the geezers loves this place. Our weekly Old Guy Pub Crawl loves this place. We've been to every bar and pub that opens before 3. Been going weekly since Aug. 15, 2023. Photos may not be correct for each location. We love the Tin Roof.
